As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, reconnecting with people from my past is one of my absolute favourite things. That’s exactly what happened when Brittany, a close friend from elementary school, reached out and asked me to photograph her wedding. Nearly 20 years later (time flies!), there I was, saying “Yes!” to capturing what turned out to be an unforgettable day.
Brittany’s vision for her wedding was absolutely incredible. Every single detail was breathtaking, from the flowers to the rainbow to the picture-perfect sunset. Oh, and shooting in Prince Edward County? Definitely a dream come true for me.
Not only did I get to reconnect with Brittany, but I also ran into so many old friends from school. The night was filled with so much fun—including a spontaneous round of Irish dancing with the girls. Who knew all those years later we’d be on a dance floor together?!
